You may be stuck in a situation today where things don't move as you desire and plan. Be it in a relationship, job, finances, business, studies, opportunities, breakthroughs, sickness, or matters you're uncomfortable discussing. You may see your world upside down with no one coming to help. You may feel lost and need comfort and assurance that everything will be fine. But not because nothing seems to be happening will it mean God is not working. He is working and fighting for you. The Lord is not yet done with you, for the Lord who began a good work in you will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6). He will not leave you alone like the fatherless children to fend for yourself (Deuteronomy 31:8). King David had his share of what you are going through. And it wasn't easy for him, too. Realizing his wisdom and actions would be futile, he laid down everything to God and let God be, not out of frustration or desperation. But out of faith and worship of the Lord. King David magnified the glory and greatness of the Lord in his mind and heart over his troubles. He did not focus on his problems but fixed His eyes on the Lord, who is able. And in so doing, he began to see that he was not hopeless and powerless over his situation. In his weakness, King David began to see more of the strength of the Lord in his life, powerfully rising, moving, and expanding. As he allowed the Lord to take the lead and he aligned himself in the direction of the Lord, he saw the Lion of Judah roaring and declaring his victory before him (Deuteronomy 31:8). King David cried for help from the Lord. He waited for Him and trusted Him, for His timing is always perfect. And God didn't fail him. The Lord is encouraging you today to pray and expectantly wait upon Him and claim your victory in Him and through Him over your circumstances, too, as King David did in Isaiah 40:12, which says, I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. The Lord be praised and glorified! Hallelujah! #BlessedAndHighlyFavored #joyful #savedbygrace #blessedandgrateful #heard #seen #loved #redeemed #healed #Anointed #chosen #lifted #Covered #comfort #Grace #mercy #jesussaves #jesuslovesyou #JesusIsLord #JesusIsKing #Jesus #Godisgood #GodIsAble #God #HolySpirit #scripture #DailyInspiration #dailymotivation #quoteoftheday #motivationalquotes
