EVERY TRIAL HAS A LAST DAY... DON’T GIVE UP! GOD’S GOT YOU! Sometimes in the mist of the trial, when you just don't even know what tomorrow will bring we have to remember to stop and look up. Our help comes from the Lord creator of heaven and earth! God has the birds eye view I always say he's the king of hindsight no matter what's going on in our lives it has to be used for good. If we look back at past trials in our lives we can always say "what seemed so terrible has led me to this closer relationship with the Lord" Our trials serve a purpose that ultimately in the end will glorify God when we stay in faith no matter what it looks like. God is on the throne, He is sovereign and in control, we just need to let him take the drivers seat. Sometimes trials are allowed to free us from sin..Surrender!! Surrender ALL to him now! Do not hang onto those lingering pieces of sin that beset you, the ones you "think" are not that bad.. The sins you think are ok and you can handle them on your own. Get rid of the sin you deem to not be near as bad as someone else's sin! You never want to be your own judge and jury over your sins or you will spend another 40 years walking around the same mountain because you couldn't turn it all over to the Lord in complete repentance. God loves you too much to leave you where you are.. God doesn't have a sin ranking system it's all Sin to God and when we know we are sinning , but determining that it's OK because in our own minds we don't think it's that bad, we are walking in the flesh and away from the hand and protection of God. God sometimes allows the trial to sink us to new lows..The pit, the miry clay, so we have no where else to turn but to His loving open arms..like many times the trials are God's attention getters so he can pull us up and set us on the solid ground and fulfill our purpose in Him! This is why the apostle Paul said count it all joy when you we are going through trials of many kinds because when we learn from our mistakes we grow in our relationship with Jesus!! The good news is, the choice is ours we can make the decision right now to surrender all things to the Lord.. don't have a foot on each side of the fence, don't live halfway in the world and halfway for God ..he wants it all! There is no hiding anything from Jesus ,he died for our sins and transgressions! Call on the name of Jesus renounce those things that have been besetting you.. decide right now what side of the fence you will live on decide to enter into the promised land today, not in 40 years! Surrender your whole heart to Jesus now and make him the Lord of your life.. he's waiting for you and his plans for your future are glorious he loves you with an everlasting love, he cannot love you anymore than he does right now regardless of your circumstances! Be determined to make those changes now today... This is the first day of the rest of your life do not look back but keep your eyes fixed straightahead on the one who's waiting to bless you! Repent and turn away now! Have a change of mind and heart that brings a fresh attitude toward God, oneself, and life in general. Repentance implies that a person turns away from evil and turns his heart and will to God, submitting to God’s commandments and desires and forsaking sin. True repentance comes from a love for God and a sincere desire to obey his commandments. All accountable persons have sinned and must repent in order to progress toward salvation. Only through the atonement of Jesus Christ can our repentance become effective and accepted by God. Make confession unto the Lord:Ezra 10:11; Put away the evil of your doings; cease to do evil:Isa. 1:16; Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions:Ezek. 18:30–31; Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand:Matt. 3:2; There is joy in heaven over one sinner that repenteth:Luke 15:7; 1 John 1:9 ESV If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Acts 3:19 Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, Luke 13:3 ESV No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. EVERY TRIAL HAS A LAST DAY... DON’T GIVE UP! GOD’S GOT YOU! Sometimes in the mist of the trial, when you just don't even know what tomorrow will bring we have to remember to stop and look up.
