Deuteronomy 31:6(KJV)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.” Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? Kingdom Walk November 10th, 2022 12:00:00

Sometimes we care so much that it hurts. In those moments, we either sigh and turn our back or keep the hope that our lovingkindness will finally convey the message that the other person is loved and not alone in the fight in Jesus. Jesus cared so much that He took upon Himself the suffering and death that would have been on us on the cross. He didn't give up. He looked at His offenders with compassion and forgiveness. Should we stop loving and caring? Jesus, now seated at the right hand of the Father, still patiently does and intercedes for us that we keep the faith, to be always strong and courageous, and be like Him until He comes. Jesus is not leaving us. He will not. That’s His promise. And so are we to those whom God has entrusted to us along the way. I'm thinking particularly of those of you who are confused by the season you've found yourself in—a season of hardship, a season of waiting, a season of testing. Perhaps you heard God speak, but now He seems a million miles away. Perhaps you had moved forward in faith, but now His presence is nowhere to be found. Or perhaps you feel stuck in a place between receiving a promise from God and seeing it come to pass. Friend, what feels like a wasteland is not purposeless. Take courage in knowing that God will not only use this season to prepare you for the next, but to equip you for your destiny. Whatever your season looks like, I want to remind you to "be strong and courageous. Do not be in fear or...dread...for it is the Lord your God who goes with you." (Deuteronomy 31:6)

Deuteronomy 31:6 If you’re lonely, don’t withdraw into an uninvolved, inactive life. It only intensifies the loneliness. Welcome God into your life to share your loneliness while you walk with Him and work for Him. Two thousand years ago, a solitary figure stood out in history. The Bible says the sin of all mankind was placed on Him as He walked to the place of sacrifice, carrying His own means of execution. He was betrayed by one of His best friends and denied by another. Not one person stood with Him. Not the blind man to whom He’d given sight. Or the leper He’d cleansed. He was crucified on a Roman cross, alone. Jesus understands loneliness. He endured it for you. So know that regardless of your circumstances, you need never be alone. Jesus said, “Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:20).
