Nais ko ring makahikayat diyan ng mga sasampalataya kay Cristo, tulad ng nagawa ko na sa ibang mga Hentil. 14 May pananagutan ako sa lahat ng mga tao: sa mga sibilisado man o hindi, sa marurunong at sa mga mangmang. 15 Kaya nga, nais ko ring ipangaral diyan sa Roma ang Magandang Balita. Ang Kapangyarihan ng Magandang Balita 16 Hindi ko ikinahihiya ang Magandang Balita, sapagkat ito ang kapangyarihan ng Diyos para sa kaligtasan ng bawat sumasampalataya, una'y sa mga Judio at gayundin sa mga Griego. 17 Sapagkat sa Magandang Balita ay ipinapakita kung paano itinutuwid ng Diyos ang kaugnayan ng tao sa kanya. Ito ay sa pamamagitan ng pananampalataya buhat sa simula hanggang sa wakas.
