Support Friendship Community Once Sean’s labs started to rise these two boys had their flights booked. In order to do so they had to miss a few days of school. A few days of basketball, including a scrimmage. They had to work out all the necessary details in hopes there wouldn’t be any penalty or discipline for their absence. What was the feedback they received when working those details out - “GO!”. The responses from the school and the coaches had me in tears . Knowing they understood Sean needed them more than what missing those few days would do, just shows once again what an amazing community and support system we have at home You see, I’ve said it time and time again that Sean’s friends are like medicine to him. They are part of his healing journey. They make him feel “normal” and help him forget about cancer. They give him strength. He stands taller around them. His energy level spikes. They remind him that he isn’t alone. These two are the first of many who were ready to jump on a flight. It truly brings me to tears thinking of all his friends, their willingness to be here, and the compassion they have for Sean and this road he is on. It’s been over 2 and a half years now and they have never left his side. For the first time we went out and ventured a little!! We drove about 45 minutes to Galveston Beach . We played some putt putt, enjoyed the sounds of the ocean, and took in some fresh ocean air while walking the pier. It was so refreshing!! The week was pretty quiet medically (which is good!). He did receive one platelet transfusion and one bag of blood, but overall his labs seem to continue to climb in the right direction! Please continue praying that God’s healing is visible on Sean’s upcoming scans scheduled November 28th . We hope you all had a great week and are enjoying your weekend! Thank you for your continued support, love, prayers, comments, messages and hope . We are thankful God placed each of you in our path to walk along with us!! Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 30:17 'But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the Lord." #seanstrong #faithoverfear #thankful

Good morning Today’s devotional is called, “God Wants You Well.” The scripture is from Jeremiah 30:17 ~ For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord. God wants you well! Did you know that? He wants you healthy and strong in every single area of your life. He wants you to be spiritually strong. Strong in faith. Strong in the Word. Strong in redemption. Strong in the love of God. He wants you to be well in your mind, to be strong and stable emotionally. He wants you to have a healthy will, a will that’s aligned with His will. He wants your body to be well. He wants you free from the bondages of pain, sickness, disease, addiction... He wants you free from the worries and woes of this earthly life. Your Heavenly Father wants you well! What’s more, in this day and hour, He needs you well. He needs you living in victory and healing, so that you can teach others how to do it too. We’re stepping into a time when that kind of knowledge is an absolute necessity. There’s no more time for the Body of Christ to limp along, uninformed and unprepared for the devil’s attacks. As we can clearly see, the further we go, the more dangerous things on this earth are becoming. We will have to grow in the realities of redemption and the “how-tos” of living by faith in order to live in the great, overcoming way Christ has planned for us. Jesus gave himself in death so that we could be well. He was raised in life, ever making intercession for us now so that we can be well. And He wants us to be healthy and strong as a witness in these last days to a world that’s filled with terror - a witness of His love, His grace and His power. Today, let’s receive Jesus’ healing power in every area of our life. Start applying it by faith right now. Commit yourself to getting well and growing strong in every area of your life today! And remember to keep saying; God is good! God is for me!! God is faithful and with Him all things are possible!!! Let’s pray; Dear Jesus, I know You are able to heal me in every way I need healing - mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically... And I know it’s Your will to heal me, because Your son Jesus died so I could be healed. Lord, let the beauty of His sacrifice sink into my spirit and fill me with faith to trust in Your Word. I ask You for healing right now in Jesus’ name. Wash me clean from the inside out and fill me with Your love and righteousness. God, I reject every doubt in my mind that sets itself up against Your Word, and I accept Your gift of healing. Above all things I trust in You. Amen Have a wonderful day #devotional #healing #Godisgood #Godisgoodallthetime #grace #faithoverfear #faith #hope #love #GreaterIsHe #afrayedknot Carli

We experienced a double miracle this week. A virus that Harry and I shared migrated to my lungs and triggered a severe asthma attack — I awoke Friday morning and couldn’t breathe. As Dan rushed me to the emergency room, Sophie called from NYC, hysterical crying. Her dog Frank vomited and passed out - lifeless, his eyes rolled to the back of his head; she feared he was dead. We advised her to take him immediately to an emergency veterinarian hospital. Dan and I did what we know to do — we prayed to our miracle-working Lord and Savior, who raised Lazarus from the dead, quoting scripture and thanking God in advance for preserving Frank’s life and for healing my lungs: “He who lives in me is greater than he who lives in the world.” —1 John 4:4 “By Your Stripes I am healed.” —Isaiah 53:5 “Heal me, LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.” —Jeremiah 17:14 ”I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord.” —Jeremiah 30:17 We arrived at the ER in Rhinebeck and they saw me immediately — no waiting (unheard of). After baseline diagnostics, they wanted to admit me. I knew I didn’t need to be admitted to the hospital. While we waited to speak with the doctor, we prayed quietly for the elderly man on our right with cirrhosis of the liver who was waiting for a blood transfusion and the woman moaning across from us who was only one year older than me and addicted to pain medicine. We were home within four hours. I’m now 85% better and Frank is miraculously doing just as well. We give God the glory! Went to the Adams Spring Show today, celebrating Spring, Resurrection and thanking God for His faithfulness, mercy and grace! We serve a miracle-working God! #grateful #prayerworks #Godislove #healthywholeandhealed #springiscoming #fearnot
